Delete your account

- Deletion is built into the app: Settings → Your details → Delete account.
- Cannot sign in? Email us from your account address and we will delete it for you.
- Everything goes: profile, check-ins, streaks, points, posts, photos, and likes.
- Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There are no exit surveys or retention tricks.
1. In the app, the fastest route
- Open Khayrun and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the gear for Settings, then Your details.
- Tap Delete account and type your email address to confirm.
Deletion runs immediately. Your profile, check-ins, streaks, points, posts, photos, likes, reports, and usage events are permanently removed. There is no grace period and no way to undo it.
2. By email, if you cannot access the app
Email care@khayrun.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address your account uses. This is how we verify it is you. We action deletion requests within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by reply when it is done.
